Cut'n'Paste is great for controlling small trees too.
You can cut and paste the stump of tree weeds such as Woolly Nightshade or Privet etc and the won't resprout. Some trees will die if the paste is just wiped onto the stem. Cover about 500mm of the whole circumference of the bark near the ground. Another way is just to paint a few leaves and allow the plant to take in the herbicide.

Testmonials for Cut n paste
As a weed control contractor for over 14 years I have used every type of herbicide for controlling weeds. I trialled Cut'n'paste in my business and found it to be effective in controlling a range of brush weeds such as Chinese privet, tree privet, woolly nightshade, gorse, monkey apple and evergreen buckthorn. The fact that it can achieve results with the lowest toxicity Glyphosate in its formulation just increases its worth in the battle against weeds. I have no hesitation in recommending this product to other contractors and to homeowners. Petra WhiteRegistered Applicator PC Weed Control |

Have you tried Cut'n'Paste yet? It's the new and easy way to brush up on your weeds. Just take out your bottle of Cut'n'Paste and brush it onto the leaves or cut stems of your weeds. No more spraying and mixing up chemicals. Comes in a large 450ml bottle so it will do plenty. Because it's a gel it won't drip off but stays where you put it, on the plant you want to remove and it stays in the plant you want to remove.
